Find Deino fast in an early cave with Dragon Encounter Power, then evolve it at Level 50 and Level 64.

Deino can be annoying to hunt if you roam without a plan, but it becomes simple once you go to the earliest cave spawn and boost Dragon encounters. This route gives you a quick catch, then shows the exact evolution levels for the full line leading to Hydreigon.

Where To Find Deino Fast

The earliest Deino location is in a small square area at the bottom-right of the map. The key detail is that Deino is inside a cave. When you reach that small square region, look for the swirl-shaped section on the map. There is a cave right inside that swirly area. Go into the cave and begin scanning the spawns.

Use Dragon Encounter Power Level 1

To make Deino show up faster, use Encounter Power: Dragon Level 1. This can be done with a sandwich, but you can also buy Dragon encounter food if you do not want to cook. The route uses a shop in the same general area. Buy the Dragon encounter food, eat it, then go straight into the cave. With the buff active, Deino can appear instantly.

Catch Deino In The Cave

Once you enter the cave with the Dragon encounter buff active, check the spawns around you. In the route shown, Deino appears right away at Level 36. Be ready for a stronger catch than early-route Pokémon. If your team is lower level, weaken it carefully and use stronger balls to lock it down.

Evolve Deino Into Zweilous

After you catch Deino, level it up to Level 50. At Level 50, it evolves into Zweilous automatically. This is a normal level evolution, so you just need EXP from battles or Exp. Candies.

Evolve Zweilous Into Hydreigon.

Once you have Zweilous, keep leveling it until Level 64. At Level 64, it evolves into Hydreigon automatically. If you want the fastest results, use Exp. Candies to push through the higher levels quickly, especially from the 50s into the 60s.
