Toedscool clings to tree roots, so searching around big trees makes the hunt much easier.

Best Early Location To Find Toedscool

A reliable early spawn is near the starting area. Move toward the first town, then head up the hill right outside it. In this hill area, Toedscool can spawn close to a large tree. Circle the tree and scan the ground carefully, because it can blend in and it often sits right by the roots.

Catch Toedscool Once You See It

Once Toedscool appears, start the encounter and catch it. If wild Pokemon interrupt you, keep repositioning around the tree until you can lock onto Toedscool cleanly. This area can spawn multiple, so you can also check nearby patches if you do not see one immediately.

How To Evolve Toedscool Into Toedscruel

Evolving is simple. Level Toedscool up to Level 30. You can do this through battles, but using Exp. Candies are faster if you have them. Once it reaches Level 30, it evolves right away into Toedscruel.
