During Part 3: The Patient in Silent Hill: Townfall, Zoe must administer three medications to stabilize the patient. The correct infusion rates depend on the patient's weight of 88 kg.

Find the Three Medications

You need three specific medications before you can begin the treatment:

Dextracyclate – 2.5 mg: Found at Bay 6 in the Chapman Ward First Floor.

Hydroxalene – 3 mg: Found inside the Records Room on the Chapman Ward Ground Floor. The door code is 2605.

Tensobromide – 11 mg: Found inside the Pharmacy Store on the Victoria Ward Ground Floor.

Once you have all three medications, return to the Surgery room.

How to Administer the Treatment

Three infusion pumps are beside the patient's bed. Place one medication in each pump.

Set the delivery rates as follows:

Dextracyclate: 15
Hydroxalene: 7
Tensobromide: 8

For each pump, select Set Rate, enter the correct number, confirm it with the tick button, and then select Ready Pump.

After all three pumps are ready, check the central pump controller beside the bed. It should show that Pump 1, Pump 2, and Pump 3 are Ready.

Press Start to administer the treatment.

If the rates are correct, the medication will be administered, and Dr. Glenn will give you the next objective: finding the Medical Intubation Kit.
