During Part 3: The Patient in Silent Hill: Townfall, Zoe must take X-rays of the patient's skull and chest. Enter the X-ray room, align the camera correctly, and use the appropriate Zeimann machine settings.

How to Enter the X-Ray Room

After reporting the patient's vital signs to Dr. Glenn, he will ask you to take X-rays.

Go to the locked door at the back of the surgery room and enter:

7103

Inside, turn on the computer and the Zeimann X-ray machine. The computer in the main surgery room also contains an X-Ray Dosage Table, which provides the required settings.

How to Take the Skull X-Ray

Use the computer to control the X-ray camera and move it toward the patient's head.

Use the controls to move the camera and zoom in until the four corner markers line up with the white squares around the patient's skull. The screen will display Patient Skull – Aligned when the position is correct.

Set the Zeimann machine to:

kV: 3

mA: 7

Time: 1

Turn the power on and press the green Alignment X-ray button to take the scan.

How to Take the Chest X-Ray

After completing the skull scan, return to the camera computer and move the camera down toward the patient's chest.

Align the four corner markers with the white squares until the screen displays Patient Chest – Aligned.

Change the Zeimann machine settings to:

Site: Chest

kV: 7

mA: 3

Time: 1.2

Turn on the power if needed, then press the green button to take the chest X-ray.

What to Do With the X-Rays

After both scans are complete, collect the Head X-ray and Chest X-ray from the printer.

Return to the main surgery room and place both X-rays on the lightboard beside the intercom. Examine them when prompted to continue the Patient section.

Final Thoughts

The X-ray puzzle is mainly about using the correct settings and getting the camera alignment right. Remember the two combinations: Skull = 3 kV, 7 mA, 1 second, while Chest = 7 kV, 3 mA, 1.2 seconds.
