The Organ Box Puzzle is found inside Zoe's House. The box contains an important item needed to progress, but you must first restore the electricity and find the correct code.

How to Open the Organ Box

First, find the Flashlight (No Batteries) in the kitchen drawer beside the Organ Box. Then go upstairs and collect the AA Batteries from the bedroom. Combine them in your inventory.

Next, find the Organ Transplant Card on the floor of the upstairs bathroom. Keep this card because you will need the ET number printed on it.

Use the flashlight to inspect the electricity meter underneath the stairs. This sends the Newsagent location to your map.

Go to the Newsagent and enter through the back door. After dealing with or avoiding the enemy inside, search the cash register to obtain the Electricard.

Return to Zoe's House and use the Electricard on the electricity meter. Once the power is restored, use the computer in the living room and read the relevant email. It explains that the box combination uses the first three and last three digits of the corresponding ET number.

Check the ET number on the Organ Transplant Card:

Take the first three digits for the left lock and the final three digits for the right lock:

Left lock: 956
Right lock: 133

Enter the numbers and choose Yes when prompted to open the box.

Inside, you will find Zoe's Lanyard, which you need to access the Clinic later in the story.
