You need the Medical Intubation Kit during Part 3: The Patient in Silent Hill: Townfall. You can find it in the basement of St. Amelia Medical Center after setting up the patient's medication.

How to Find the Intubation Kit

First, complete the medication procedure in the Surgery room. Set the infusion rates correctly and start the pumps. Once you do, Dr. Glenn will tell you to find an Intubation Kit.

Leave the Surgery room and head toward Reception. Use the telephone at Reception and dial:

This unlocks the elevator opposite Reception, allowing you to reach the Victoria Ward Basement.

Take the elevator down to the basement and follow the hallway to the Storage room.

Inside Storage, look for the gap between the lockers. Crouch and squeeze through the opening to reach the other side.

The Medical Intubation Kit is sitting on a shelf inside the room. Pick it up and return to the elevator.

Take the elevator back to the ground floor and return to Surgery.

Final Thoughts

The Medical Intubation Kit is located in the Victoria Ward Basement Storage room. Use 5353 at the Reception phone to unlock the elevator, then squeeze through the gap between the lockers to reach the kit.
