How to Get the Pharmacy Locker Code

First, use the Scalpel to enter the Pharmacy. Head to the back room and interact with the radio to tune into CRTV Channel 30. The broadcast shows four posters around the Pharmacy, with each poster providing one digit of the combination.

Follow the posters in the same order shown during the CRTV broadcast:

• First digit: 6 — Count the fingers shown on the hand-washing poster.

• Second digit: 5 — Check the prescription drugs poster near the window.

• Third digit: 3 — Look at the blood-pressure poster and follow the indicated reading.

• Fourth digit: 9 — Count the remaining red pills on the antibiotics poster.

This gives you the combination:

6 - 5 - 3 - 9

Enter 6539 into the rusty locker in the back room. The locker opens and gives you the Prescription Dosage Error Note.

Where to Use the Prescription Dosage Error Note

Keep the note because you need it for the Clinic Scales Puzzle.

Once you also have the Broken Stethoscope and Zoe's Lanyard, return to the Clinic. Place the Prescription Dosage Error Note on the middle scale.
