Mina the Hollower Guide | Furgus The Faithful Boss Fight

Beat Furgus The Faithful in Radiant Manor with safer positioning and cleaner punish windows.

Game Guide by Monarch on  Jun 25, 2026

There is a boss in Radiant Manor named Furgus The Faithful that rewards patience more than aggressiveness. Before the fight, fill up Mina's Vials, equip a good main weapon, and pick Trinkets that make it easier to survive or do consistent damage. If your build depends on Sidearms, make sure you have enough Joules to punish from a safer distance when the arena becomes difficult to approach.

Do not enter this fight planning to trade hits. Furgus can punish careless movement quickly, so the goal is to stay alive, recognize the end of each attack pattern, and strike only when Mina can retreat safely.

Read The Boss Pattern

At the start of the battle, stay near the middle of the arena rather than hugging a wall. This gives Mina more room to dodge sudden pressure and makes it easier to reposition after Furgus moves. Use short movement bursts, then stop long enough to read the next attack. Burrowing is useful when the boss closes space, but it should be used to reset position, not to chase damage.

Punish Safely After Attacks

The safest damage comes after Furgus finishes a clear attack string. Move out of the path first, then step in for one or two quick hits. If you are using a slower weapon, take a single clean strike and leave. Faster weapons can sneak in more damage, but only if Mina has room to escape before the next movement pattern starts.

Sidearms are best saved for moments when Furgus is lined up but risky to approach. A ranged punish can keep pressure on the boss without forcing Mina to engage directly. If health gets low, create distance before using a Vial. Healing too close to the boss often leads to another immediate hit.

Finish The Fight Cleanly

During the final stretch, keep the same rhythm instead of rushing for the last hits. Many failed attempts happen because Mina overcommits when Furgus is nearly defeated. Stay central, dodge first, punish second, and only use a Vial when the boss has clearly finished moving. A controlled ending is safer than forcing damage through an active attack.
