In Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced you need to solve the statue puzzle in the story mission The Sage’s Hidden Secret. This task requires you to enter a Mayan Temple with James Kidd.

Unlocking the Gates

As you enter, you encounter puzzles made of blocks with colors. You will notice red, blue, and green. Walk to the sides of the room and climb up the walls. Move onto the block. Weight forces it to slide down and slot into position.

This action unlocks a door. Head to the wall across from you. Perform the same action on the block there to unlock another path.

Operating the Wheel

Move into the room ahead. Locate the Capstan wheel. Turn this device. Watch the red section near the top on the right in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced.

Spin the wheel until this red section lines up right below the red block. Stop turning. Climb the structure and step on the red block. It drops into place, and the gate opens.

Advance by leaping across ledges and swimming through water to keep up with James Kidd. If you want to avoid drowning, open your menu for options. Go to the tab for gameplay. Move to the bottom of the list. Activate Unlimited Oxygen. This setting lets you breathe under water without limits.

Rearranging the Room at the Top

Leave the water and climb to the peak of the temple. A puzzle waits here. The blocks do not match the slots on the floor. The red block rests on the green slot. The blue block sits on the red slot in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced.

Find the Lifting Block on your left. Standing on this mechanism pulls up the block on the floor. Handle the blue block to start. Step on the Lifting Block to lift it. Turn the Capstan to align the blue slot. Drop the block. Climb onto the blue block to secure it.

A path opens. Now, turn the Capstan to position the red block at the top left. Stand on the Lifting Block to raise the red block. Spin the Capstan one time. The green block aligns on the right side.

Climb up and drop the green block into place. Return to the Capstan. Spin it until the red section reaches the top left. Climb up, step on the red block, and force it down. The doorway opens and reveals the path in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced.
