Fall Guys Reimagined in Anime Style By Professional Voice Actor

As unlikely as that may seem, it has more credit than you may believe. Similar to many animes such as My Hero Academia, Naruto and Dragon Ball Z, Fall Guys thrives on hectic and vibrant action, each "hero" climbing over one another for a chance at victory. As the Fall Guys make their way to the finish line, players experience unfortunate losses of friends, exciting victories, and close calls at the finish line. 

These storytelling elements fit into a traditional anime storyline, not to mention the fact that Fall Guys isn't afraid to embrace its absurdity, even introducing Big Yeetus just a few days ago.

Although voice actor Max Mittleman, the voice behind Persona 5's Ryuji and Final Fantasy 7 Remake's Red XIII, was the first to joke about Fall Guys as an anime, the positive responses that he received inspired him to follow through on his joke.

Less than two weeks later, Mittleman reveals the final project of a short fan anime on Twitter, a result of working with fellow voice actors Ray Chase and Robbie Daymond, as well as Russel Baclig, who was responsible for the anime's artwork and visual effects. Each of the actors use their talents to bring a trio of Fall Guys together as they defeat a boss just before the finish line. 

This boss hints at many trolling players that have begun to stand in front of the finish line, either throwing people over the boundary or over the edge of the map. The anime as a whole is more goofy than an actual adaptation of Fall Guys would be, but that fits in perfectly with the Fall Guys attitude. 

The game continues to grow after its launch on PlayStation Plus last month, and many fans are eagerly awaiting the game's second season, promising to bring new skins, maps and obstacles. But until then, enjoy a short, goofy anime about your favorite Fall Guys.
