Resident Evil 3 Remake Won't be at The Game Awards 2019
The Game Awards Host Geoff Keighley explained that Resident Evil 3 Remake won't be at the ceremony

Recently, Resident Evil 3 Remake's boxart and the name for Project Resistance leaked. Many assumed this would be followed by confirmation at The Game Awards 2019 but it seems that is false. With host Geoff Keighley confirming this.
In a new AMA on Reddit, Keighley said that Resident Evil 3 will not be making an appearance during The Game Awards. “There are no plans (never were) to do anything with Resident Evil 3 at the show. A lot of these ‘leaks’ are completely wrong,” Keighley stated. “Nothing about our show has leaked as of this writing.”
That statement about the leaks being "wrong" does heavily imply that the remake for Resident Evil 3 is misleading. This could be true, after all, there is a lot of creative artists who could make a boxart look authentic. And Capcom has not said anything about a remake, only stating that if there's a demand they'll do it. There's a rumor that Dino Crisis is getting remade as well which has not been confirmed as well. But that as well has not been confirmed by Capcom.
For now, these are just rumors and until the publisher confirms anything we should take them with a grain of salt.
