If you wish to create a custom Trampler in SAND: Raiders of Sophie but are constrained by the available chassis options, you will need to investigate new chassis options via the Tech Tree. The various chassis types provide different sizes, layouts, and mobility options, and the more you have, the more you have to work with when designing a build.

Where to Start

Go back to the main lobby and open the Tech Tree. Click on the branches that point towards Trampler related upgrades and hover over the chassis nodes to view the cost and benefits of each. This will help you to know what you need to aim for before investing your resources.

Early Options

One of the first chassis you can unlock is the Small Chassis, which costs 900 Crowns. It is suitable for solo players or a small group of players and is a good choice for those who want to try out custom designs without investing too much time in the beginning.

Alternative Chassis Variants

The larger and more advanced chassis are available as you progress through the game. The higher tier options require more Crowns and materials, so you will have to make more trips before you can afford them. Once you research a new chassis, head to the blueprints menu and it will show up as an option when you create or edit a Trampler design.
