If you don't know how to get in, it's frustrating to spot good loot through the window of a locked room in SAND: Raiders of Sophie. Luckily, these doors aren't permanent. All that is required is sufficient firepower to break them down.

What You Can Use

Grenades, Time Bombs, explosive barrels, or even your Trampler's cannons will do the trick to open a locked door. Grenades and Time Bombs are fine, but it's generally better to use them in combat rather than on doors.

The Cheaper Method

Look around the area first. Red explosive barrels will spawn close by and they are the least expensive. Take one of them, carry it over and place it directly in front of the locked door. Fire the barrel with your weapon and it will explode, destroying the door.

Using Your Trampler

If your Trampler is parked close enough, you can bypass the barrel altogether. Simply shoot one of its cannons at the door and it will blow open just like that.

After the Door Is Down

After the door is removed, enter and take what is inside. These rooms are locked for a reason, and the loot is better than what you would find in regular containers around.

A Word of Caution

Explosions aren't quiet. If you blow a door open, you may attract other players in the vicinity who heard the sound, so be careful when looting and be sure to exit safely.
