In Moss Grotto, Moss Mother is waiting for you. This fight takes place in a small arena that limits your moving options. Timing and positioning are crucial for success.

Countering the Dive Attack

When Moss Mother points her stinger straight at Hornet, get ready to jump right when she starts to dive toward you. Do a pogo move by pointing your slash downward as you land on top of her after hopping in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

The arena's small size limits your ability to move, so you have to plan for her attack and time your jump just right to avoid taking damage while dealing your own.
