Here's a guide on how to get Pansage in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
Game Guide by Ragib Rawnak on Oct 29, 2025
In this quest, you are required to collect three specific Pokémon — Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour — for the A Pan-tastic Pot of Tea. These Pokémon can be found in various locations around the world, and their appearances are random.
Starting the Quest
You can begin the A Pan-tastic Pot of Tea quest by speaking with the NPC located at a cafe, which can be found on the map at the designated location.

You will begin the quest when you talk to this NPC. They will tell you to find Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour. These Pokémon spawn randomly in different parts of the map, but you can revisit certain areas regularly to check for them in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
Pokémon Locations
Magenta Sector 7 is one of the main places to spawn. When you get to this spot, go through the gate and look up at the tall column. You may find one of the three Pokémon there. Since the spawn is randomised, you can revisit this spot later to check if a different Pokémon or colour variation has appeared.
Another spawn point is located on the top right-hand side of the map. You will find a tree in this area where one of the three Pokémon may appear. The Pokémon that spawns in this tree will also be random and may vary each time you return.

You can also find another location nearby where two trees serve as spawn points. The first is the one previously mentioned, and the second is positioned right next to it. Both trees can contain any of the three Pokémon, and they respawn over time, so returning to check again can yield different results in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
Additionally, another spawn location exists on the far right-hand side of the map. When you reach this area, look for a tree directly in front of you. One of the three Pokémon will appear in that tree, and, as with the others, the spawn will randomise over time.

Completing the Quest
Once you've caught Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour, go back to the person at the cafe where the quest began. Before you talk to the NPC, make sure that all three Pokémon are in your party. After you speak to them, the process of making tea will begin, ending the A Pan-tastic Pot of Tea quest in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
