In Holy Innocents' Cemetery, you'll be able to get three specific relics, these being the Abyssal Eye, Nightshade, and the Raven's Feather. Here is how you can find and collect all three without getting lost.
How to Get the Abyssal Eye Relic
The Abyssal Eye allows Rose to deal 35% more damage against crowd-controlled enemies. It sits inside the Cemetery Entrance zone, but grabbing it requires a quick detour through the upper level in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.
Start at the first Mirror save room in the Holy Innocents' Cemetery. Run west until your screen transitions into the Memorial of the Dead. Head up toward the surface and run up the stairs to your right. Walk through the right-hand door into the next room, which loops you back into the high rafters of the Cemetery Entrance.
Hit the wall lever below to unlock the gate shortcut for later trips. Finally, slide through the narrow gap right next to the Chaos Shard, then whip-swing across the hanging rings to reach the chest on the far-right ledge.

How to Get the Nightshade Relic
The Nightshade relic restores 40% of your maximum mana whenever you drink a healing potion.
This takes care of resource management early in the run since healing also tops up your sub-weapon gauge. You will find it tucked away inside the Pillaged Tomb right below the main courtyard in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.
Head to the Fountain of the Innocents room located directly east of the bubbling fountain. Run onto the breakable platform and slide to the right to reach a wall switch.
Hit the switch to drop the trapdoor near the left doorway, then fall through the opening to land in the Pillaged Tomb arena.
Take out the two Bone Cross skeletons on the top ledges, eliminate the Fire Guardians below, and destroy the cursed tomb to break the arena barrier. Walk through the right-hand hallway to loot the chest containing Nightshade in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.
How to Get the Raven's Feather Relic
The Raven's Feather gives Rose a 25% damage boost whenever you hit targets while jumping or floating in the air. This relic sits behind a destructible wall and a sealed arena in the Mass Grave section of the Roman Baths.
Jump into the bubbling water of the Fountain of the Innocents to pass through the Serpent's Lair, then head into the easternmost room of the Roman Baths.
Use your whip to latch onto the yellow grapple ring hanging in the center of the room to pull yourself up to the stone ledge with a Statue. Strike the left wall with your weapon to break open a secret passage, then walk inside to trigger the Mass Grave encounter.
Defeat the archers on both sides, knock out the flying Raven using your Lance or sub-weapons, and crush the cursed coffin to drop the barrier. Slide under the low gap along the left wall to open the chest containing the Raven's Feather in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.
